If you are claiming physiotherapy on your pet insurance, receipt will be provided to you after payment has been received. Vilhelmiina is a member of National Association of Veterinary Physiotherapists (NAVP), a professional body that is recognised by all major insurance companies for your peace of mind. Please check with your insurance provider whether physiotherapy is covered in your policy. The majority of insurance companies will cover the treatment for your pet.
Full payment is required on receipt of the invoice or immediately after treatment. Payment is accepted by cash, bank transfer or card including contactless payment methods.
If you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment, please let me know as soon as possible. You can cancel by call, voice message or text message to 07445 535393. Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours before will be charged in full.
Rehabilitation process is individual and it is very difficult to estimate the number of sessions needed. We will tailor the frequency to you and your pet’s needs and will always listen to your wishes.

We work only on veterinary referral and aim to obtain a clinical history of your pet to ensure safe practice.
